A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We will transfer your site(s) to our first–rate cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost information and undesirable network downtime. That’s the reason why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose primary task is to make sure that your site works exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on well–known scripts like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are many aspects to keep in mind – the total number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. However, we do our best to carry out all website migrations within a 48–hour time period. Less sizeable web sites are migrated faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We don’t gather any personal info. We’ll need, however, the login information for your present web hosting account and the name of the site that you want to transfer.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share virtually the same details you have provided to your present host. We also have a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate information is tackled.

A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your old hosting provider. Once we have finished the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is update the NS resource records associated with your domain name. Your web site will be migrated to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we migrate your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform provided that we can acquire access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
